What we love: This apartment is right in the heart of the city. There are plenty of sights within walking distance such as the John Hancock Building, Millennium Park, and Navy Pier.
Good to know: This apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator so plan accordingly.

2. Logan Square

What we love: In close proximity to the Bloomingdale Trail or the 606 — an elevated three mile trail through Chicago, perfect for seeing city views while walking or biking.
Good to know: Keep in mind that this is a garden level apartment.

3. The Roscoe

What we love: Just about a ten minute walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Downtown is just a twenty minute ride via the EL.
Good to know: The apartment is located close to the train.

4. The Updated Bucktown

What we love: It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Wicker Park. Close to many restaurants and bars as well.
Good to know: Apartment is in a quiet building — as much as you may want to throw a party in this killer space, parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

5. Attractive West Town

What we love: Close to public transportation to take you downtown or to the airport.
Good to know: Planning to travel with children? Might want to skip this apartment as it is not suitable for children under the age of ten.

6. The Rectory

What we love: This beautifully renovated apartment is located near the 606, along the quieter side of Lincoln Park. Nearby coffee shop, Florial is not to be missed.
Good to know: Looking to get away for a party or a large gathering? This is not the place to rent as owners do not accommodate for parties.

7. The Noble Square

What we love: This newly renovated apartment has all of the amenities you could want and more. Should you choose to venture outside, the neighborhood is full of shops, bars, and restaurants.
Good to know: When booking this particular apartment, all guests must have a full profile available with verifications.

8. The Lincoln Park

What we love: In close proximity to public transportation to get you where you need to go. Magnificent Mile is in walking distance while bike rentals are right outside the door — leaving you with plenty of options to keep busy.
Good to know: This is a studio apartment that holds up to four people. If it is coziness you are looking for, this is the rental for you.

9. Pearl in the Park

What we love: This third floor walkup allows for stunning views of Lincoln Park. Restaurants like Oyster Bah and Crab Cellar are right outside the door.
Good to know: While this is listed as an entire apartment, there is an office located in the back for the restaurant’s use.

10. Gorgeous Bucktown

What we love: Feel like royalty in this apartment. With top of line appliances and amenities, this flat is sure to impress.
Good to know: This smaller apartment can comfortably fit two but also accommodate four.

11. Designer Flat

What we love: Perfectly located two minutes from the Red Line and minutes from quaint coffee shops, this is an ideal apartment.
Good to know: This is a private room rental only. However, the owners will not invade your space.

12. Charming Brownstone

What we love: Perfect location for the foodie. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within two miles. The owners have kindly mapped out a guidebook full of options.
Good to know: This is also a private room rental only. Owners work full time and will not invade your space.
