One of my most memorable trips to date was to the country of Morocco. Certainly, Moroccan inspired decor is well loved and for good reason.

There is a certain coziness to the materials. Thick, wool blankets decorated with trim make for a perfect throw over a bed. Poufs set next to wooden tables add warmth and an invitation to sit down. It was on this trip where I first had a new look at how I decorate my home. I may or may not have come home with more than I departed with.

Moroccan Inspired Decor

Morocco had so much design inspiration. From beautiful riads like Le Riad Yasmine to grand hotels like the iconic Mamounia. Each space was carefully curated, not overstated, and yet trés chic. So with a little bit of Morocco in the back of my mind, I wanted to share my curated shopping list for achieving Moroccan inspired decor. Take a look.
