What was once a charming summer home overlooking the bay of Positano is now an exclusive Leading Hotels of the World hotel called Le Sirenuse. Positano attracts people of all sorts, those in search of Italian charm, quintessential food like fried calamari, or in my case a killer view. Le Sirenuse sits above the bay and those wanting to capture all that Positano has to offer can do so here. What I loved most about this hotel was that it use to be a family's house so when it comes to decorations, special touches are truly special as they were handpicked by the family for you. This is my hotel review for Le Sirenuse Positano...
This hidden gem off the road to Positano holds a romantic and warm feeling to it as you walk in. I loved all of the different terraces offered to enjoy the view, whether it be from the bar, the restaurants or the pool. The hotel is famous for the world class and recently renovated spa that has modern touches, steam rooms and many treatments to choose from.
The rooms at Le Sirenuse are an invitation into a designer's home. Each part of the room is carefully done with touches like a welcome plate, beautiful linens, and colorful tiles that help remind you of the craft of Italy. I loved the rooms that had a terrace and overlooked the Mediterranean Sea, could you imagine waking up to breakfast from this view?
The best part of staying at this hotel is you can walk to anything in Positano and you are conveniently located on the central part of the Amalfi Coast, so you have easy access to exploring the surrounding towns and even close to Pompeii. This luxurious hotel is a destination with a story and emerges you into the culture of Italy.
Bon travels Xx!
