Photo 1. Hello Everyone! This is Jessica here, the travel blogger behind @bontraveler based in San Francisco. Over the next two days I’ll be sharing my local tips here on @sanfrancisco account to show you some of the top spots not to miss in this city of a 1000 views. Spot number one is Golden Gate Park — one of my favorite places to go for a walk or catch some art at the de Young Museum.
Location: de Young Museum, Golden Gate Park
Photo 2. Cappuccino, espresso, latte, or however you like it, San Francisco has some of the best coffee spots. One of my favorite places to stop for a cup is @sightglass on 20th. A great space to hang for the afternoon or place to meet friends.
Location: Sightglass Coffee on 20th, The Mission
Photo 3. Iconic views never get old in this city, especially this one. Recognize it? Alamo Square overlooking the city with the “Painted Ladies” in the foreground. It’s a great park for a walk, or grab a blanket and hang out during the weekend. A perfect alternative from the crowds at Dolores Park.
Location: Alamo Square, Western Addition
Photo 4. On a sunny day, find yourself over in the Marina for shopping and dining on Chestnut St, views of the Bay, and this gem. The Palace of Fine Arts is admired in the city for beautiful architecture and its history dating back to the early 1900’s. This is a must see when coming to @sanfrancisco. And when you are done sightseeing the Palace, just cross the Marina Blvd and you will end up right on the Beach with a view of Golden Gate. Craving coffee? Dynamo Donut + Coffee and Beach Hut Cafe are right nearby
Location: Palace of Fine Arts, The Marina
Photo 5. My final stop is at Tank Hill Park for catching one epic sunset. From here you can see Ocean Beach to the top of the Golden Gate Bridge, all the way to the Bay Bridge - it truly is the place to end the day. Thank you everyone for following along, I hope you visit @sanfrancisco soon!
Location: Tank Hill Park, Twin Peaks
