When it comes to this summer’s getaways, I’m excited to partner with baggallini to share my full review of two of their travel bags. This last week, I spent a day in San Francisco taking the “Take Two RFID Bryant Crossbody” and the “3-in-1 Convertible Backpack” and needless to say I was instantly sold. Here’s a look at the brand, the features of these two bags (that work wonderfully together), and why you’ll want to grab one or both for your upcoming travels.

Meet baggallini

When I first read this story, I could immediately see why their bags are so well designed. Founded by two flight attendants, they set out to create a line of bags that could help them stay organized. The result? Bags that not only have every pocket you could imagine but also look good. For twenty years now they have been designing these bags with care and quality that you can trust to hold up. The materials on each of their bags are solid and are up for the job of long days on the road or even exploring around town. You know you’re in good hands when a frequent traveler is behind a travel bag.

Meet the 3-in-1 Convertible Backpack with RFID Phone Wristlet

If there was a bag that does it all, it’s this one. Made of lightweight and water-resistant fabric, it’s perfectly sized for a day out exploring or a pack-it-all bag on the plane. The interior is well organized — it has zippered pockets, a removable RFID wristlet with 3 card slots, and an interior tablet pocket. I was able to fit two books, a sweater, both of my cameras, a water bottle and more loose ends in the bag (and had more room to go!).

The best part which I enjoyed playing with was how you can convert the bag a few different ways. You can wear it as a backpack, a crossbody, or simply hold it like a tote. When I’m on the run, I tend to opt for a backpack so I liked that I could change the bag this way so my hands are free. It also has a sleeve for a luggage handle, so you could pop it on your suitcase when traveling.

Meet the Take Two RFID Bryant Crossbody

If you’re like me and like to explore light, this is one of those bags I couldn’t recommend more to pack with you. What I like is that I can bring it in my 3-in-1 Convertible Backpack and then use it when I get to a destination. Inside, it has five RFID-blocking card slots so you don’t need to use a wallet and your cards are protected. It doubles as both a wristlet and a crossbody, so you can go either way with it.

The two zipper pockets are well sized for a phone, chapstick, and even a small point and shoot camera. It’s the perfect quick bag when you want something close to you and easy access to pockets.
